This is Gisele, at 6 months. Gisele came to me from Texas, she is so much more than I expected, and I really appreciate Angela and her family for this gorgeous example of the breed, and the opportunity to show her. Giseles sister will stay in Texas and show there, with her breeder/handler. Gisele and I are entered in our local shows, so we're practicing at handling class. Gisele is a hoot, she's very friendly and loves everybody, she is a happy little dog, and has yet to meet a person she doesn't like. She loves to play, whether it's fetch or in the water or zipping around the house, she's always got something on her mind in the way of fun. Gisele has thoroughly enjoyed her puppyhood, she's been camping, fishing and swimming, and done quite a bit of traveling.  Gisele will return to her breeder this fall, to begin showing (for real!). Watch for pics of her as she progresses towards her American Championship!

BaLei and Gisele, 2nd day of the shows. Lots of hard work, but it was a lot of fun and a learning experience! WOW there were a lot of Miniature Schnauzers there! 30+ both days, it was a good experience, and awesome to see all the beautiful dogs. There were many mini schnauzer celebrities there, many that we've seen in our schnauzer books. Meeting all the handlers/owners of these dogs was like going to Hollywood and meeting the stars.

Ba and Gisele, waiting for the judge in the JR. handling class.

Gisele and I, in the winners bitch class. I would like to extend my thanks to Mrs. JoAnn K. Dutton, for her pointers and patience! And thank you to all the kind people who helped BaLei and I, especially Darcy Bartholomay and her daughter Gracie. I really appreciate your kindness and willingness to help! Thank you to the Eagle Rock Kennel Club members, and all the people that helped us along the way.

This is Oakley, she's from Portia and Dakota's first litter. I kept her to show originally, but her front movement isn't what I wanted. She will stay here, in Idaho, and eventually be bred with a very nice male, in hopes of producing something very nice to show in the future. Oakley is playful, she'll play with anybody, she's a very happy, outgoing girl. Oakley has fabulous furnishings, very thick but low maintenance. Her color is outstanding and her head is beautiful.

Oakley

Oakley left, Liberty right

This is Liberty, full sister to Oakley, and the pick of Portia and Dakota's litter. Her movement wasn't the absolute best either, so she will remain with our family, and be bred with Tuffy sometime next year. Both the girls are so great, I could not spay either one of them. They both have something special to offer, paired with the right stud, we will get some super nice pups. Liberty is a mama's girl, she's pretty quiet, and has really enjoyed going to irrigate the grain with us, as well as just riding in the pickup to check the water and the livestock.

Liberty

Liberty has excellent coloring, a nice short back, awesome bone and beautiful neck. Her furnishings are fabulous and very low maintenance, even when she's been camping with us and out in the cockleburrs/stickers, they are easily brushed out. Liberty is a typical female, she's a little standoffish to new people, but very loyal to us.
